Refund and Returns Policy

In principle we do not undertake refunds or product returns.

However having said that, if an item arrives damaged, let us know and we will consider each case separately.

Our parcels are sent through the Hellenic Post or DHL.

We take utmost care that the items are sent to you in an immaculate condition as per the relevant photos provided.

We cannot undertake responsibility for an item inside its original package so long outside the package appears  in perfect condition and unopened unless the item inside shows from outside .

In such case we will let you know in advance if you still wish to receive it or cancel the purchase.

Should there is some imperfection in general, we will let you know in advance.

Shipping costs are undertaken by the purchaser.
